Massage
Feeling tension due to injury, soreness or just looking for a relaxing treatment experience? Gene is trained in Deep tissue, Reflexology, Repetitive use therapy, Reiki, and has performed over 10,000 massages. His Massage Therapy treatment will put your body at ease. Take some time out of your busy day to begin to heal yourself, you’re worth it :)
With Gene’s experience he can pinpoint where pain or discomfort is originating and treat you accordingly. Acupuncture, Cupping, and
Gua Sha may be added to this treatment.
Cupping
Cupping is a non-invasive technique that uses cups placed on the skin to create more interstitial space. This allows our fascia to stretch and reset, which then allows the same for the muscle layer beneath. Cupping also encourages blood flow to strained or injured areas, speeding up recovery. This unique therapy is often recommended to patients who suffer from muscular pain, muscular tension, radiculopathy, joint pain, and/or respiratory disorders.
This treatment is available in addition to massage and acupuncture
Gua Sha
Gua sha is a therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which
increases blood flow.
Gua sha addresses stagnant energy, or "qi" in the body, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing. Inflammation and stagnant qi are the underlying causes of several conditions associated
with chronic pain.
This treatment is available in addition to massage and acupuncture.
